Chef Andrew Sheridan is returning to his Worcestershire hometown of Barnt Green to open Black & Green, a 16-seater neighbourhood restaurant serving 'modern interpretations of British flavours’. The weekly changing menu will be based on local ingredients from ‘micro suppliers and neighbours’, and will - of course - have a strong focus on sustainability.
