Harcourt Inns is expected to open more pubs with dining rooms in 2019.

Outlaw followed in the footsteps of a number of high profile chefs to run the kitchens at the Capital over the years, including Eric Chavot, Brian Turner and Richard Shepherd. During Outlaw’s time there, his head chef Tom Brown gained his own reputation before leaving to open Cornerstone earlier this year. The hotel has yet to announce who will replace Outlaw.
