Throughout our meal, dishes were garnished and flavoured with foraged herbs and flowers such as salad burnet, sorrel, chervil, lilac, horseradish, wild garlic, pickled garlic heads and nettles, but applied with a light touch – just enough to enhance the dish and bring a welcome vivacity and originality. Rhubarb pavlova makes a splendid finale. The wine list is organic and sustainable; otherwise, there is a choice of two interesting wine pairings.
