The chef Toby Burrowes has left his head chef role at the glitzy Japanese concept Zuma to open his own restaurant in Mayfair, London. Currently unnamed, the chef told CODE he has taken over the former Street XO site on Burlington Street and is readying to launch in the next couple of months.
