Popular local eatery serving on-trend global small plates
‘A true gem’ and very much the social hub of Southport's venerable Churchtown district, this handsome-looking eatery is a small-plates venue run with appreciable gusto and charm. In addition to the main dining area, there’s an inviting upstairs space (‘like a lively living room’) that’s tailor-made for pre-prandial drinks, while the outdoor seating is in demand on sunny days. Desserts are firmly in the mainstream too – think baked filo apple tart or chocolate mousse with salted caramel cream, white chocolate and honeycomb. Locals also affirm that Sunday lunch is not to be missed. The wine list is a short and practical selection that copes well with the food.
