Our restaurant of the year from The Good Food Guide’s Top 20 Most Exciting Restaurants of 2022. L’Enclume’s bespoke butter knife, created for their 20th-anniversary celebrations, is part of a set of only 50 individually forged pieces. All pieces have been created in partnership with the talented blacksmith Alex Pole, who uses traditional techniques and forges all pieces by hand while sourcing all materials from the local area.
